Booking Policies:

All bookings will start with a representative from Tours and Treks LLC via email at or our contact form.

Upon confirming the services, Tours and Treks LLC will necessitate the following essential details:

An initial payment of 50% of the overall cost of the journey.

The particular food preferences and dietary limitations of every participant.

Any pertinent medical particulars about the participants.

A photocopy of each participant’s Passports (the Passport they will use throughout the trip)

Health related Policies:

Upon reaching the destination, every participant will need to sign a release form absolving liability prior to embarking on their expedition.

All participants are responsible for bearing the expenses of any supplementary medical services (including evacuation) that may become necessary during the course of the journey.

Tours and Treks LLC advises our esteemed participants to consider obtaining a Travel Insurance policy that incorporates Trip Cancellation and Interruption coverage.

Tours and Treks LLC strongly advises our valued participants to adhere to the COVID-19 regulations and fulfill all medical prerequisites outlined by the destinations specified in the itinerary.

Payment Policies:

Tours and Treks LLC welcomes two secure payment methods: Credit cards and direct transfers to our company’s designated bank account

Trip Cancellation Policies:

In the event that you need to cancel your trip, the following cancellation policy will be applicable, based on the day we receive written notification:

Cancellations made after the initial deposit has been received will be subject to a 250 USD administrative fee.

Cancellations made between 90 to 61 days before the scheduled itinerary commencement will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

Cancellations made between 60 days prior to the start of the itinerary and the actual commencement date will result in a cancellation fee of 100%.

In the case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance that may disrupt the travel plans of our guests, Tours and Treks LLC will only impose the 250 USD administrative fee. However, the guest will still be responsible for any expenses incurred from third-party vendors

Tours and Treks LLC maintains strict confidentiality regarding personal client information and does not disclose or share such data with any external parties unrelated to the provision of our services.
